Q Will my print be framed?

A All of our prints are unframed. Because most of the photos we sell are standard sizes, you can easily find pre-made frames that will fit well, or you can have your photo finished for display with the custom framer of your choice. Please see the following Question regarding non-standard sizes.)

Q Are sales final?

A We're sorry, but we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges; all sales are final. If you have questions before making a purchase, please contact us and we'll be happy to answer your questions as soon as possible.

Q Are any of the photos in non-standard sizes?

A Although the paper size is as listed (5x7, 8x10, and 11x14), for artistic effect some of the images vary in size and as well as the widths of the white borders surrounding the image. We have done our best to label these non-standard images with a *. If you need the exact dimensions of a particular image, please contact us.

Q How long will it take for my photo to arrive?

A We ship the prints the same day or next day via USPS Priority Mail, which typically takes 4-6 business days.

Q How do I pay for my photo?

A We use PayPal to process online payments- so all you need is a credit card, or you can use a paypal account if you have one. You do not need a PayPal account to make a purchase- simply click on the "Continue" link underneath the "Don't have a paypal account" heading.

Q What type of print will I receive?

A Our prints are high quality digital prints, on glossy photo paper.
